"Head of Execution Unit for Water Resources must routinely normalize the water conduits. That is by alerting nine mobile pumps in flood-prone regions, considering rain continues to shower the city," expressed Achmad Sajidin, Head of Grogol Petamburan Sub-district, Monday (2/20).
Additionally, disaster post must always be active for 24 hours. This is because aid coordination and flood handling is set through such post.
"I urge every regional head to continuously do monitoring for 24 hours, especially flood-prone regions. Coordination with PPSU to parse clogging in the conduit," he disclosed.
